With the agreement in place, we move on to the conceptual design phase. Here, we create initial design concepts, including mood boards, color schemes, and layout options. We blend classic and modern styles to create a chic, clean aesthetic that reflects your personal taste. This stage involves collaboration and feedback to refine the design until it aligns perfectly with your vision.
With the conceptual design approved, we develop detailed plans and 3D renderings to visualize the final outcome. Our team of designers, architects, and engineers work together to ensure every aspect of the design is meticulously planned. This includes selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and décor that enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of your space.

Once you’ve booked and paid your initial design retainer, we'll send you a link for your very own client portal. This is where we will keep your entire project organized and communicate. It’s much easier for us both to refer back to one space to find what we need than having to search through 100s of email threads.
We value transparency with our clients so we want to provide you just that. Below you will find our communication policies and a general guide of our office hours. If you send us an email, you can expect to hear back from within 48 business hours, which means if you email on a Friday you can expect to hear from us by close of business on Monday. Our designers typically respond much faster than that, but please keep that in mind if you don’t hear from them right away.
